Product Description

Radiant Tube	Radiant tubes are used in industry for different heat treatment processes with a protective gas atmosphere in steel and nonferrous metal industry.Radiant tubes can have many different shapes: Single-ended type, P type, Double P type, U Type, W type, but for the currently installed industrial furnaces, "W" and "U" tube systems are the most common types used. The aim of the radiant tubes is to transfer heat to the load through irradiation.
Material	High Nickel & Chromium Alloy Cast Steel: 1.4848, 1.4852, 2.4879, HK, HN, HU, HP etc, SCH22, SUPER22H, MORE1B, MORE2 etc - HK/ 1.4848/ GX40CrNiSi25-20,- HP-Nb/ 1.4852/ GX40NiCrSiNb35-26,
Shape:	- Single-ended type: centrifugal casting tube, rolled tube, welded tube with end cover;- U-type: centrifugal casting tube with elbow mainly, some are rolled tube;- W-type: same as above;- Double P & P-type: same as above;
